Making a Purchase?​

Making a purchase is easy, just browse our store, and click the  Add to Cart  button next to any items that you wish to purchase which will add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order. You will automatically receive an acknowledgement of your order. A Design Proof for your approval will be emailed within the next few days. 



Payment & Shipping
Mainland UK, Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland deliveries

Full Payment Instructions and details will be emailed separately after delivery..
We have a minimum postage/packing of £10.00 per order and we dispatch the most economical method possible with the standard basic carrier charge of £10.00 per parcel for most of the UK. However due to the size and packaging of some of the larger items additional costs will apply for the following:
Pop-up Kiosk / Backdrop / Gazebo / Feather Flags / 80cm Rotary wheels will be charged extra. The Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland are dispatched by Parcelforce and may be subject to extra charges and their size restrictions. The Republic of Ireland will be subject to extra charges.

If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be sent to you after your order confirmation email.
 

Where will my order be sent from?

All orders are sent from the United Kingdom.
 

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver to the UK and Ireland only at this present time. If you need your item to be sent outside of the EU please contact us for more information.

Returns & Refunds

Buy with Confidence
If within 7 days of receipt you are unhappy with your purchase it can be returned (at your cost) for a full refund of the purchase price.
Items modified with YOUR District or Club details are not returnable for a refund or exchange.Delivery costs are not refundable..​


Faulty or Damaged Items

We must be notified on receipt of goods. If goods sent by carrier sign "damaged" if apparent. A claim submitted if goods are received and endorsed "not checked", "unexamined" or different words of the same effect on the Delivery Note are not adequate in case of claim.
 

Right to Cancel

(Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Directive 97/7/EC). The right to cancel allows you time to examine the goods. The cooling off period starts when the contract is concluded and ends 7 working days after the day the goods are received. The right to cancel does not apply to items that have been personalised or any other item made to order.When customers exercise the right to cancel they are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and to return them to us in the condition they were supplied. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to cover return postage costs. It is advised that returned items be sent via recorded mail as we cannot be responsible for lost items.Order cancellations must be submitted to us in writing - email, fax or letter.
